Percusa Cubes Basics
Found this today, while searching for some specs related to the Ableton Live software.
Percussa Cubes basics from Livid Instruments on Vimeo.
Quote from Source Text:
“Impressions and demonstration of using the Percussa Audio cubes with the tutorial Ableton Live set. The center cube detects the faces of the other cubes to send MIDI notes to Live to change loops.

OS X Music Video
Here, the desktop of Mac OS X replaces music video software. I found this video at TUAW.
A very cool video for the Mac-user geek. Very creative use of the mac. The video was done by Dennis Liu.
I’m not sure how he recorded the screenshots. But if you want to do something similar, I recommend a program for Mac OS X called Snapz, which does video screenshots.

Etch-A-Sketch
Etch-A-Sketch Clock
Cool technology. Someone has programmed an etch-a-sketch to retell the time every minute.
Also appears to be a sketching application hack for the iPhone. Looks great. I’ve had a lot of fun with the etch-a-sketch in my ESL classes:
Focussed Audio - Targeted Audio - Step Into Sound
I heard about this technology a few years ago. Very fascinating from an audiophile’s perspective, but highly unsettling from a citizen’s.
